Hard Red Rocks Preview 2018

We are supporting the upcoming HARD Red Rocks event presented by Live Nation! The party is taking place at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on 8/2. The stacked lineup will feature DJ Snake, Virtual Self, Mija, GG Magree, and HEKLER! We always love to see DJ Snake live :) Then we are looking forward to catching the Virtual Self set too which is Porter Robinson’s alias. 

HARD Red Rocks in 2014 was the first event we ever promoted on C2S at our favorite outdoor venue Red Rocks Amphitheatre!!

Pretty Lights Red Rocks Daily Artist Lineup

We are supporting the upcoming 2 night Pretty Lights Live run of events at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 11th and August 12th. The daily artist lineup just dropped, so we know who is opening each night. 

On Friday August 11th Manic Focus and SoDown are set to play.

Then on the 2nd night Saturday August 12th G Jones and Daily Bread will be opening. 

Doors open at 6 pm, show starts at 7 pm, both days.

Gramatik at Red Rocks 2017 Preview

We are supporting the upcoming Gramatik RE:COIL headlining event at Red Rocks Ampitheatre on 6/17! The show is presented by Live Nation and AEG Live :) Opening the party will be Mr. Carmack, Ekali and Flamingosis. 

This will be the 3rd Gramatik Red Rocks event City2Snow has helped with now. Every time Gramatik comes to Colorado he brings an unique event to the Rocks :) Last year Gramatik had special guests Andrew Block, ProbCause, Russ Liquid, Big Gigantic and Griz join him one stage. Never cant sleep on how dope seeing Big Grizmatik is live  (Big Gigantic, GRiZ, and Gramatik) Check this 2016 Gramatik Red Rocks recap video here!

We read off the event page on the Live Nation site more information about the stage design too that we wanted to share.

"Along with the new line-up of talent, Gramatik will be using the 2017 Red Rocks show to bring back the now re-worked Nikola Tesla-inspired stage design fans may remember from a few years back. Aside from the coil's aesthetic appeal, the revamped design also functions more as a symbolic departure from the year 2016. For many, the year 2016 will be largely remembered for the countless tragedies and bizarre events that occurred, but more importantly, it was a year that intensified a feeling of pessimism for what the future holds. While we recoil from the shocking year that was 2016, it is also a time to remember we can always harness the good which exists inside every one of us, and continue to fight for a better world for all humanity.

It’s the year of the Re:Coil."

Umphrey's McGee 3 Night Red Rocks Run Preview

Here we goooooo our first City2Snow x Live Nation event at Red Rocks Ampitheatre this summer to announce!  

Live Nation presents 3 nights of Umphrey's McGee at Red Rocks :) Umph will have special guests performing each night: Stick Figure on 6/30, Snarky Puppy and Bokante on 7/1, lastly Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers on 7/2. 

This is the first time Umphrey's has played 3 consecutive nights at Red Rocks and its going to be a special pre Independence Day celebration all weekend long. Last summer Umph played a 2 night run at Red Rocks and we were at both the shows which were dope.

STS9 Fillmore Auditorium 3 Night NYE Preview

We are supporting, STS9 Present: Light Years :) A 3 night run of events at the Fillmore Auditorium on 12/29, 12/30, and 12/31! Its always a party when Tribe comes to Colorado :)

More information directly from the STS9 SITE on the Light Years event here "Light Years is featured as an interlude on our new album. To us it's both literal - the distance time travels in a year - and the thread of memories that together form the perception of a particular time period. It highlights NYE as a time to reflect on the past and manifest the future". 

We have supported all the STS9 events in CO this year. We had a extra great time at the last STS9 run of shows at Red Rocks Ampitheatre earlier this year since they played music off there new album called "The Universe Inside". The album was released on Sept 3rd and it was the bands first new full length studio album in nearly 7 years. The 13-track album is the band’s first featuring bassist Alana Rocklin too, which makes these upcoming live performances even more special. 

STS9 is the jam. Superstars like Bassnectar, Pretty Lights and Big Gigantic have opened for STS9 over the years!! The lineup of openers for this Fillmore run is dope too, with these artists warming up the party, 12/29 Project Aspect, 12/30 Option4, 12/31 SODOWN.
